One of the most tiring experiences in parenting is trying to coax your baby into sleeping an entire night, and searching for solutions can be just as troublesome as the problem itself.
The creators of the “Baby Sleep Solution” claims that the program can put an end to your baby’s sleepless nights in as little as one night. Though skeptical, one of our moms were more than happy to test out the program on her eight-month old son.
Included in the thirty-five minute audio book and accompanying e-book are a total of twenty-three techniques. Five are “major techniques,” and the remaining eighteen are “quick techniques.”
We decided to try one of the major techniques first; after the start of a promising night, our mother was woken up at one in the morning. The technique wasn’t a total failure, however; the baby slept a full five hours before waking up! Encouraged by the results, the next night she tried a combination of techniques, and, as promised, the baby fell right asleep. Reassured, our mother went to bed, and both her and her little boy slept the through the entire night.
Seeing her so refreshed the next morning spoke louder than her praises for the program. Simply put, it works, and it is well worth the money and thirty-five minute listen. Don’t be disheartened if one technique doesn’t work for your baby: not every child is the same, so you might have to test a few of the techniques to find one that makes your child sleep the entire night.
