The organization is experiencing rapid growth, has an active presence in 156 countries and is looking to expand their sales team in the GTA.
Position Overview:
The Business Associate is responsible for developing and executing on a highly targeted Internet and ‘conventional’ Advertising campaign that positions the company’s Personal Development solutions, followed by the prospecting and closing of new clients, and managing ongoing client relationships. Extensive hands-on support, coaching and mentoring is provided throughout the Sales cycle and ongoing thereafter afterwards.
Requirements and Attributes we seek:
Strong sales & business development background with a proven record of success in acquiring new business.
No formal qualification is required. (the world’s wealthiest people have no university-level qualifications)
Superior negotiation and communication skills.
Willing to be Trainable and Coachable on a proven Business model.
Hunter mentality, positive attitude, Prosperity mindset.
No cold calling required. You only work with qualified, interested people.
