Pool Home
All our homes offer superb facilities to compliment your vacation and are all within 15 minutes of Disney. Please see the photo below as an example of our 3 bedroom accommodation. If you would like pool heat - this is an extra $125 for the week.
Resort Homes
All our homes on the offer are luxury townhomes on the Regal Palms Resort in Davenport and are only 15 minutes from Disney. The amenities include:
* 2.5 acre water park with lazy river and waterslides
* Games Arcade
* Day Spa
* Fitness Center
* Business Center
* Tiki Bar
* Sports Bar and Restaurant
Please note there is a $10 per day per home resort fee payable directly to the resort management on arrival.
There is a $250 Refundable Security Deposit payable on booking. This will be returned within 14 days of the end of your stay assuming there is no damage to the villa.
It is advised that the Universal Halloween Horror Night is not suitable for children under the age of 13. If you would like to see our other package options, please contact me.

The Tickets Explained
Universal Halloween Horror Night: Being described as the most terror filled trip of your life, Universal promises to be the ultimate experience for horror seekers this year. This is the 19th year of providing guests with the best Halloween experience in the country. Interact live with some of the most terrifying experiences that Universal is superbly able to supply. Get admission to Halloween Horror Nights EVERY Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday plus the first weekend (September 25 & 26) when you purchase a Frequent Fear Pass.
Ghost Tour: There is a choice of tours to choose from so please let us know on booking which one you are interested in:
1. Downtown Orlando – where you visit buildings in the area and hear the history and the stories of each property whilst giving you an education in parapsychology.
2. Greenwood Cemetery – Offering a paranormal investigative tour of one of the City’s most haunted cemeteries. Get to learn how to use the equipment used in paranormal investigations and learn about the City’s most famous and infamous residents.
3. Belleview Biltmore Hotel in Clearwater, Florida – This is an hour’s drive away in Clearwater, but here you will visit a fascinating 19th century hotel with stories about the characters and the ghost encounters encased within the walls and the gardens of this beautiful old hotel. Learn to become amateur ghost hunters and be aware that any encounter you may have during this tour, will not be actors, but a real experience.
4. Kissimmee Ghost Tour. The closest to your villa, why not enjoy the hair raising 90 minute tour into the Historic Downtown Kissimmee spirit world... and here of takes of mystery and murder. See the "Hanging Tree" and visit the playgrounds where a young girl continues to play on the swings to this day. Will you get to experience a paranormal episode during your visit??
Bludzworth: We do not want to mislead you into thinking that we have incorporated this visit into our Halloween package when there is no charge for tickets for this venue; This is a one night only affair on the 31st October each year in Davenport, Florida that we wanted to make sure you were aware of as it is well worth a visit if you want the full Halloween experience during your stay. Over 10,000 square feet of terror – some say this is even scarier than the trips to the Halloween Horror Night. Make your visit with us and tell us what you think!!
Haunted House of Grimm: Situated in Old Town, Kissimee, this old Victorian property remains intact due to fears of what may be unleashed if they tear it down. They have instead opened the doors of this property to the public on the understanding that they will not be responsible to what happens to you once you walk through these doors.
Disney Plus Pass The PLUS Pass gives you one admission to each of the Main Theme Parks per Day for the number of days listed on your pass. The main parks are Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney Hollywood Studios and Disney's Animal Kingdom, plus you are entitled to admission at Disney's two Water Parks Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon, as well Pleasure Island, Downtown Disney, Disney Quest and Disney's Wide World of Sports (excluding special events). You also get free use of the Walt Disney World transportation system. Your pass either expires 14 Days after the first day of use, or has no expiration date.
