I've always wanted beautiful, strong, healthy, long nails. And now I have them. ;-)
Here are some tips that I put together that helped me grow my nails...


Tip #1

Use a Vit E hand and nail cream everyday, don’t allow your hands to get dry

Tip #2

Use a Vit E cuticle oil at least once a day. Remove all nail polish and massage into your nail and cuticle.


Tip #3



Push back your cuticles at least once a day this encourages nail growth.
Tip #4

Get yourself some nail polish that hardens nails (Sally Hansen Hard as Nails is really working for me)


Tip #5



Use gloves when washing dishes or doing anything that includes putting your hands in detergents. The water and soap will make your nails brittle.

Don’t use your nails to poke, pick or pry at things

Avoid using a nail polish remover that contains acetone, it will only dry out your nails

Start taking a multivitamin that contains calcium and all of the essential fatty acids (Omega 3,6 and 9) This will not only make your nails thicker and stronger but will also help with skin problems like acne and eczema.

If you have a habit of biting your nails. Get your nails done professionally, this will allow your nails to grow out underneath the gel. Once the gel has been removed you will most likely be out of the habit of biting your nails. Then you can start to look after them daily, which will also most likely keep you from biting them. You could also get yourself some nail biting polish, which tastes horrific and really works!

Always file in one direction not in both, this will keep your nails from tearing.

For brittle nails – An awesome product that actually strengthens your nails is Claws Nail strengthener. (avoid products containing toluene sulfonamide or formaldehyde)

Dont pull or cut on your cuticle it can cause infection
