one or more of the merchant accounts listed to be able to
use this feature, this can be turned on or off)
The user can store their
Credit Card for manual monthly billing. (Must
have a merchant account to use this feature, this can be

When a user post a new auction
item, it checks to see if the user has their Credit Card
info stored for monthly billing, and if not, it takes them
to the Credit Card input screen beef they can post an auction.

If you don't use the Credit
Card feature above for billing, this can be turned on and
the auction will check the users account for a minimum balance
