Torresol apartments are in an excellent location next to the Riu Monica Hotel and the beach of Playa La Torrecilla. Situated to the west of the Balcon de Europa, the heart of the old town centre is just a few minutes walk away. Close to the apartment there is a very good selection of bars, restaurants and shops to sample.
Living Area: spacious lounge with satellite t.v. (English freeview channels). Comfortably furnished with a sofa (sofa bed) & armchairs. Dining table & chairs. Large bay fronted sliding windows with sea views.
Kitchen:fully equipped modern kitchen with four ring electric hob, fridge freezer and microwave.
Bedroom 1: large king size bed .
Bedroom 2: large king size bed .
Bathroom: modern design & fully equipped with shower, hand basin, toilet & washing machine
Swimming Pool: large communal swimming pool (open during Summer season April - October) and tropical gardens.
Disabled Access: access to the flat, beach & swimming pool is suitable for wheelchair users.
Parking: street parking (no charge) or a garage is available on request. (charge E40 per week).
