I'm a middle aged female looking for someone to rent one room in 1,500 sq. foot home. I have two spayed, declawed precious cats, no other pets please. You will have your own bathroom, use of kitchen and living room. The bedroom is furnished with queen sized bed, three drawer dresser, stereo, and television. Smokers welcome. I'm asking for $500 per month for rent and 1/2 of the utilities (electricity, gas, water, City). High speed internet hookup, cable television, covered parking, dishwasher, washer/dryer, nice big back yard, storage, BBQ and fire pit. I'm looking for a responsible, clean, reliable person who pays bills on time. Close to freeway, bus, good restaurants, and shopping. I'm not a big partier so would like someone that would respect my space.
