Production Sales Manager
*Looking for Sales Managers throughout Oregon,Washington and California.
JOB SUMMARY:
Performs a wide variety of duties as it relates to the origination of mortgage
loan products. Through outside referral sources provides information to
customers concerning pricing and products to guide and convince
prospective/existing customers to apply for a loan. Meets standards and
objectives defined by management for mortgage loan sales. Assumes overall
responsibility for the residential mortgage loan from application to closing on
personal production. In addition, responsible for the overall production of the
team and the day to day management of assigned mortgage loan originators.

with the support they expect in processing, underwriting, closing areas and
technology.
12. In-house mortgage programs and a marketing team that will work with you on
pricing issues and can usually find something, even if we aren't doing it
currently.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develops referral contacts (realtors, builders, professional and personal
contacts).
2. Continually coaches origination team in the attainment of loan volume.
3. Provides sales training.
4. Builds rapport with potential customers and existing customer base. Serves as
an advisor to customer base concerning rates, loan products, and the overall
process of obtaining a loan.
5. Accountable for management team’s attainment of minimum loan sales, customer
satisfaction, and loan quality.
6. Maintain knowledge of available loan products, processing procedures,
underwriting and general guidelines to include changes and updates.
7. Monitor loan application process from origination through closing. As needed,
provides assistance to loan originator or guidance to mortgage applicants.
8. Provides timely updates and/or progress reports to all interested parties,
such as customers, realtors, sellers, loan originators, etc. Works with highly
confidential information such as customer financial records.
9. Work with assigned team of mortgage loan originators to ensure awareness of
mortgage loan products and policies
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Education: High school or equivalent. Undergraduate studies preferred.
-Experience: 2+ years of experience in working with mortgage loan
products. Previous supervisory/management experience.
-Knowledge: Familiarity with residential mortgage product terminology
and processes is desired. Understanding of FHA/VA/Conventional
guidelines. Proven leadership ability.
-Skills: Verbal and written communication skills for contact with
customers and work documentations. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
-Ability to set work priorities that conform with established standards,
and to evaluate and recommend solutions to work flow problems
Compensation: $0-$300,000
