"Overcome" is the single by Creed from their upcoming 2009 album, Full Circle. This is the first album in eight years of Creed and the single was released digitally on August 25, 2009. The album was completed on July 31st as announced by Scott Stapp. Four days later, the album cover was revealed through the band's official e-news. The title of the album involves the band members coming "full circle" and deciding that a reunion was the best thing to do. There is also the title track, Full Circle. The radio world premiere of the full song took place August 18, 2009 at 5:13pm PDT on Alternative Rock Station KCXX in San Bernardino, California and continued on. The single's cover was revealed on a YouTube video featuring a 30 second preview of the song before the radio premiere. The music video was shot at their August 18 concert at the Comcast Center in Mansfield, Massachusetts.
