Have the New NFA Regulations been Foiled?

Forex Traders all over have been scrambling since August 1st when the new NFA regulations went into effect. These new regulations essentially stopped brokers from allowing their traders to make the following trades:

-OCO's

-Stop Loss Orders

-Limit Orders

If you have been trading forex for any amount of time you will know how important the latter 2 of the 3 are in your trading. One must be able to put stop loss and limit orders in their trading to minimize their risk and maximize profits. Many forex traders were forced to either open accounts overseas that do not need to conform to the new NFA regulations or to alter their trading system/strategies.
