I made a call to John Mueller, in order to get a feel for this gifting activity.

This is only a few weeks old. Only about 100 people in so far (8/18)
It has been promoted so far mostly by regular mail.
(Good News: It is now computerized) -- Done by a family member.
John has his daughter to help with the mail processing.
You must be invited to be able to join.
