This house must have really been the Manor House within the village going back two hundred years ago!
It has a rather grand entrance with large wrought iron gates leading up
a gravelled tree lined drive to a gravelled courtyard. The house and
the garden is south facing with amazing view of the whole of the range
for the Pyrenees on a clear day.
The house is situated off a small country lane in a small hamlet. It is
on the crossraods. But worry not - passing traffic is pretty
infrequent!
Nearby village of Mielan is some five minutes away, with the nearest
local restaurants being a few minutes. The bastide town of Mielan has
all local amenities on offer including boulangerie, bar, grocery,
schools and college. Not forgetting the weekly market!
A lot of the renovation has been carried out to this property but it
still needs some upgrading. In the whole it is habitable and in general
good condition.
Accommodation comprising: FIRST FLOOR
2 good sized bedrooms.
Master bedroom - triple aspect with original oak floors and a marble fireplace.
Guest bedroom - Again with original oak floors.
Bathroom - This is a good sized room with a shower, bath, wc & whb. However it needs a little "refreshing".
Bedroom 3 - to be renovated. This room of approx 42m2 just needs the
floor repairing and the ceiling boarding then decoration. It again has
double aspect windows. Staircase to room below.
SECOND FLOOR
There is again an original oak staircase leading to the attic space.
There is one room either side which would make perfect rooms. Either
bedrooms or playrooms or a home office. The wooden beams are good.
Again the floor would just need looking at and the ceiling insulated
and boarded.

above. Ripe for renovation! The current owner uses this as
utility/larder/store area.
