The adjuster actually clicks when the harness straps are snug, as an audible aide to help determine when the harness is snugly secure. The quick-adjust headrest and harness allows for repositioning of the head support and harness height effortlessly without having to rethread the straps. This convertible car seat allows for rear facing from 5-35 lbs and forward facing from 1 year up to 65 lbs. Rear- and forward-facing recline for child comfort and positioning. The Boulevard CS features True Side Impact Protection which distributes crash forces, shields from vehicle intrusion, contains the head and body, and minimizes side-to-side head movement. The patented Harness Ultra Guard System, HUGS, reduces forward head movement and gently cushions the neck and chest. I researched online the best car seat for my car and this was the only one suggested. It is a great seat. I needed something not only sturdy and safe but comfortable for my 2 month old, especially since we were about to take a 10 hour road trip. Whereas he absolutely hated the previous seat and could not tolerate being in it for more than about 15 mins to 1/2 hr, he was much happier in this one lasting up to 2hrs. I was also pleased with how easy it was to adjust the straps. Yes it is a little pricey, but I think it was an investment well worth the cost.

We've had this seat for about 7 months now, and our 18 month old seems happy enough with it, but we've got a couple gripes about the Click n Safe system:
- From the beginning, it seemed to click when it wasn't tight at all, so we eventually started ignoring it.
- Somewhere around 3-4 months, it stopped clicking altogether. I didn't notice at first, since I had been ignoring the click anyway, but my wife commented one day and it hasn't clicked since.
This is a great seat, very comfy for our son, and fits great in the car, but we wish we would have saved the $20 and just gotten the regular Boulevard.

Hands down an awesome car seat....I don't regret the purchase for a second.
I find the Click and Safe feature to be very helpful and I am able to use it rear facing. Of course, my 8 month old is also fully reclined, perhaps making the strap more accessible. I find the CS feature useful to quickly (and evenly) tighten the straps that I often have to loosen to get the baby in the seat. I also have no problems with an uncomfortable crotch strap with a cloth diapered baby, as one other reviewer mentioned.
My only fault with the seat is that my son loves to chew on the Click and Safe strap, easily avoided if I simple tuck it out of the way.

Is a good and safety product but my son, dont fit confortable in this chair, is to small in the legs area and he tired so soon in this chair, this dont happen in the old chair (cosco). But is a safety chair.
