La Exotica is a 4 bed villa on 2 levels set in it’s own walled grounds approx 10 minutes walk from Nerja town, affording easy access to both the town and the beaches whether you choose to walk or drive. The villa was completely refurbished in May 2008. NEW Kitchen, NEW Bathroom, NEW Furniture, NEW Electrics. The garden area is large and allows for space for everyone. The outside barbeque and kitchen area is a fabulous place to eat and entertain with fridges and a hob so that you do not have to miss a minute of the sunshine whilst preparing a bit of lunch. The large covered terrace is a great place to escape the heat of the sun, have a beer or two and perhaps take advantage of the WIFI connection to face book a few friends back home.
This property is ideal for a large family or group of friends, the two levels means that you are all staying at the same place but have the ability for your own privacy. The lower level is ideal for the less mobile or wheelchair user as there are no steps and the large wet room bathroom is on this level.
Freeview satelite tv is fitted to three of the four bedrooms and in the lounge. These are individual systems so that no disputes over what you watch!!
