We are regrettably selling our 9 year old Buckskin paint gelding Willie. He is 15.3 hands tall and is a very sweet boy. Willie has done lots of stuff but he is for a confident intermediate or advanced rider. We bought him for my husband three years ago and now my husband has no time to ride. Willie is to nice to just stand around. My husband showed him walk trot novice 19 and over western pleasure the first year we owned him. They did very well. I showed him last year in 19-34 age group. We showed showmanship, huntseat equitation, huntseat pleasure, western equitation, western pleasure and trail. We did well. We also used him in leadline for our son to ride. He does shy at stuff and needs someone who can be patient. He does the best when ridden most days. We have ridden him on trails alone and in groups. He can lead or follow. He does fine on the road and in the water. Willie baths and clips with ease. He is up to date on his shots, coggins, deworming, and farrier work. He does have a scared foot from an injury when he was two years old. He has been sound. | | | | | | |  | |  |
