Experienced, reliable and Affordable Full Care, starting at $225 a month. I provide excellent quality hay fed twice a day, mucking and watering, with stock tank heaters used during frigid weather. The board includes: box stalls with large runs and shed for grain storage, round pen and an arena. You can enjoy riding all day along the S. Platte greenbelt adjacent to the stable. As you ride along the river, you will see wildlife, including (on rare occasions – an eagle). LOCATION: Located near Thornton and Commerce City in a quiet agricultural area, close to I-76, I-25 and 36. AMBIANCE: I encourage people to make my small friendly stable their second home and enjoy the company of the other Boarders. All of my Boarders are delightful people, help each other and watch over the horses. Although the stable is basic and admittedly a little rustic, I have much to offer – horses are treated with care and respect and most of my Boarders are long term. I have taken in and helped many new horse owners. For everyone, this is worry free horse care that allows you time to enjoy your horse on any level, from companion horse, pleasure horse and up. HEALTH CARE: Horses are rotation dewormed every three months. Vaccinations are required. I have used Golden Animal Hospital for years and arrange a Spring Vet Clinic to save boarders money. We have a 2 wonderful chiropractors if your horse needs help. You may use any vet and farrier of your choice. EXTRAS: Turn-out available for sociable horses. Trailer parking when space permits. Additional care such as owner provided graining, at a small cost. Beginning lessons on your horse for a fee. Current and past references availableD
