Manny is a big and handsome boy. He is 9 years old and stands at 16.1hh. Bay Appendix Gelding. Loves to please. Has started over fences and is a beautiful jumper.
I am going to an Equestrian College in Sep. and was planning on bringing Manny with me. However, Manny has what the vet calls "Sheared Heels" He has a crack between his heel bulbs. The vet recommends Straight Bar shoes and says that he will be better in a few months.
Manny is a perfectly capable horse, whose previous owners sold him to me in a bad condition. I would love to take Manny to college with me, however the program that I am in will not allow a horse that cannot be currently ridden.
So I am forced to sell Manny and it breaks my heart. I really wanted to take him with me to show everyone what a great horse he is. I love him to death and hope that he finds a good home. Please do not overlook such a great horse because of a small health issue.
