only first stride power but also great balance and superior total

5-UPPER BODY STRENGTH AND POWER-In a lot of programs
this area is given too much attention. It is very important but traditional
bench presses etc., will not improve your game very much. Again I
have included the all the best upper body strength and power exercises
to make you a better HOCKEY PLAYER not just increase
your bicep size which has no carry over to hockey.
