Award prizes, prizes are souvenirs of victories. When they are given as awards they are called award prizes. Awards are usually given to venerate a set level of excellence achieved by someone. The prize is a huge golden raspberry and, of course, very few Hollywood stars show up to the ceremony every year to collect their award. In recent years Hollywood has been repeatedly charged with having no worthwhile pictures coming out and which has caused a rise in the media exposure of the Razzies and its accompanying ceremony each year.
