Battle Tap is an 8 year old Thoroughbred gelding with lots of experience around lower level event courses in USEA Area II. Beautiful markings, very animated and a good partner. Owner going away to school. He has impeccable ground manners; will stand for mane pulling/braiding, clipping, farrier, dentist, bath, anything! Will load himself on any trailer, and is perfectly behaved around small children, dogs, or livestock. He has evented through Training level and does well, and makes an excellent jumper. Goes in a loose ring snaffle for dressage, and 3-ring for jumping. Needs to be told firmly where to jump, but will do his best to get over anything and help his rider out. Does bareback trailrides in halter[walk/trot/canter/gallop/jump], will go swimming! Perfect first horse for a success seeking young rider. Is very trusting, and will help build confidence.
