I am moving down to the Tunnel Hill/Dalton area to go to school and was looking for a horse to lease. I'm an intermediate rider though I have never owned a horse myself.
I'd like to continue with my lessons when I come down and possibly do shows if that is an option. However, I wanted to get more serious about my riding which is why I'm opting for a lease option.
I am willing to drive up to an hour if you wish to keep the horse where he/she is currently and if not, I will be exploring options for stables when I come down.
In addition to whatever monthly price tag you set, I am more than willing to help out around a barn, mucking out stalls, grooming, feeding and turning out.
As a college kid, I am on a bit of a budget, which is why I offer my services in addition to money. I'm looking for something around $100/$150 a month and I know that's low but like I said, I'm more than willing to help out.
