Hr. Higgins is a Skye Terrier, known for their loyalty and eagerness to please. He is a dark blue gray, 11" high at the shoulder and 22" chest to tail base. He weighs about 30 pounds.
Neglected as a puppy, he was rescued at about a year old and lovingly rehabilitated. He is about 2 1/2 years old and ready for a family of his own. Naturally cautious with strangers, once he knows you, he is friendly and playful. He enjoys toys, likes other dogs, and is OK with cats. He is not hyper nor aggressive and will be a wonderful companion.
