One, have more balanced diet; in many situations most people think that when we are told to have a balance diet translates into giving up the foods that we love. The fact of the matter is that nothing could be further from the truth, when you have a balanced diet it means eating a combination of both healthy foods and the foods that you love. What you want to do is eat more healthy related foods at least five to six times a week, then every one or two times a week you can eat the foods that you love. This will give your diet balance while allowing you to still enjoy the foods that you truly love. Two, exercise consistently, whenever most people hear the word exercise they often think about working out for three hours a day or running a marathon. To be able to have effective fat loss requires that you work out consistently three to four times a week. This could include anything from walking to other less intensive exercise that will help you to have consistent fat loss, allowing you to loose weight consistently and keep it off.
