She is a very beautiful blue and gold macaw. Her name is Dolce and my husband got her for me two years ago for our anniversery. We have a three year old daughter and are now expecting again and will not have time to dedicate to Dolce. We have two inside dogs and two cats and she is not bothered by there presence. She does get jealous very easly if you dont talk to her and play with her. We wish that only serious bird lovers with patiance contact us. She is very shy and tempermental at first but warms right up when she feels safe. It didn't take long for her to feel at home we just had to show her lots of attention daily. She eats a bag food from walmart for macaws, many types of nuts, fruits, veges, baked chicken, beans, and much other foodds. Her cage also goes. The cage is in need for some work the pet store had three macaws in this cage. I beleive the birds did a job on some of the cage. Price 1,000.00 please contact 660-525-3327 I can email pictures.
