This is a rare emerald green 3 horse steel constructed Sundowner. Only a few were made this color!! It has 3 drop down windows, rear tack area with removable 3 tier saddle rack and bridle hooks, tack area wall collapses for more space, rubber mats on floor and sides, wood floor under mats in good condition and are reinforced by steel bars underneath. Has hooks for hay bags and trailer ties, also has escape door. Reflective stripes and diamond plate along exterior. Extra large dressing room is equipped with carpet, shower, water tank and hot water heater. Ready for camping or a weekend stay. Saddle rack can also be moved into dressing room for a larger tack area. Has always been kept undercover.
