The Eye and Heart Certificates are touted by vets who just want the money. It would be fine if there were issues in the bloodlines but if there isn't then they are just doing it for the MONEY. It's really funny that most of the Cavalier breeders on the Internet that advertise that you should never buy a Cavalier without the certs are located in Pennsylvania. Those people are farmers and it is a CROP to them. They keep them in very tiny wire cages in barns. We work closely with the AKC on dog legislation to stop these types of operations.
