MWF Shipping information and Exchange policy

Mountain Woods Furniture is proud to offer nationwide and global shipping. Sales tax is only charged for items delivered within the state of Colorado.

Shipping cost for furniture:
We now offer everyday FREE SHIPPING for furniture orders over $750 that have delivery addresses within the lower 48 states. For furniture orders under $750 within the lower 48 states furniture shipping charges are 10% of the total furniture price (which is less than our actual cost for shipping).

For orders outside the continental US including Alaska and Hawaii shipping charges will be calculated on a case-by-case basis. We do our best to work with you and keep your shipping charges absolutely as low as possible. We will contact you before sending your order to review those additional shipping charges.

You are welcome to call our store for an accurate quote before or after you place your order.

Shipping cost for accessories:
For accessories, shipping charges are 20% of the cost of the accessory order ($8 minimum shipping for accessories).

Nationwide Shipping:
This is done either by Mountain Woods Furniture manufacturer, UPS Ground or via a freight company, depending on the size of the items being shipped. If shipping by a freight company, all of your furniture is custom palleted and crated to protect it during transit. Shipping by freight is curbside delivery only and must be relatively accessible. If you live in a remote location, it is still possible to have your furniture delivered, but additional charges may apply.
