It's cooks beautifully, or did, until the bottom warped on me! It won't sit flat on my stove, and is really too bad, because I love this pan. And no, I didn't do something stupid like put it in a deep fryer and then plunge it in ice water, I've been a professional cook for many years. From what I've heard, this warping is quite an anomaly. The 13" All-Clad French Skillet I own (recommended), which is a thinner material and regularly endures all the standard cooking rigors, is perfectly flat! I should probably return my 12" eh? I love that set but needed a larger frying pan. The 12 inch frying pan is wonderful. Someday I am planning on getting the 14 pan!!
