This is an O & E G Royal 1 1/2" tall x 4" wide open sugar bowl with a 5" under plate. It is white with pink/white roses, a raised beaded ring and a gold pattern trim on a scalloped edge. It is in very good condition with some very slight rubbing to the trim.
