Primary responsibilities include leading the sales Team, weekly and monthly goals, reporting, planning, trending, developing process improvements, and training
sales teams on order quality.
The successful candidate will be a demonstrated high achiever with strong organization and
analytical skills, goal oriented and must be comfortable working in an entrepreneurial dynamic
and relatively unstructured environment. The individual should have demonstrated initiative, a
positive, team-oriented outlook, must be very effective working across functional boundaries,
possess prior experience regularly interacting with Sales Management and Operational
management teams, and possess a high energy level
