This is a Villeroy & Boch "Crystal Serenity 2003 Inaguaral Plate" pattern #1748. It is 12" and has heavy gold trim, transfer painted picture of the scenes from ports of call. From the crusie ship Crystal Serenity's Inauguaral sailing in 2003. It is in excellent condition.
