Customer Reviews Fabulous by .. J. Novich () Love it. Looking forward to seeing how the non-stick surface holds up in the long run.
Disappointing by .. Jack E. Fischer (Columbus, OH) This purchase was to replace the identical Cuisinart frying pan I had purchased a few years ago. It was damaged when I dropped a heavy pan on it, marring the non-stick surface. It turns out, this pan is not quite identical to its predecessor. I do not know where this pan was manufactured;(the predecessor was stamped "made in China"), but this pan had no identification of its source of manufacture. I noted it felt lighter when picked up. I have also discovered the quality of its non-stick surface is not as good as the former pan. I frequently use it to cook omelets, and have found they often partially adhere to the surface when attempting to slide the omelet from the pan onto a plate to fold over, requiring an assist from a spatula. I am sure there are better alternatives available.
Terrific nonstick frying pan by .. majax79 (FL) I have the entire Cuisinart Chef's Classic stainless steel series but I needed some nonstick cookware for eggs and pancakes.
It does exactlly what it says and it's nonstick.
I'd highly recommend this product.
Cuisinart Chef's Classuc Non-stick Pan by .. SBB (MA) It's hard to rave about a frying pan, but this one is exactly what you'd want it to be. Nothing sticks to it, it's easy to clean, and it cooks evenly and perfectly every time. We use it mostly for omelets, and it satisfies us every time.
Nonstick finish not in it for the long haul by .. Terunja (San Francisco Bay Area, California USA) Have owned this pan for about five years, and really liked it at first. I'd hoped it would last a very long time, given the new-formula, supposedly sturdy, nonstick finish, as well as its strong stainless steel clad construction. But the nonstick surface has been progressively peeling off around the rivets for the past couple of years, not anywhere we use utensils. It's just plain surface failure, and we don't want it in our food. The degradation of the nonstick surface is all the more disappointing because this pan seems otherwise to have everything else going for it.
