Nice pan, one quirk by .. Robert Cotton (Orlando FL) What can you say about a pan? It cooks, and the food doesn't stick. That's about all I ask. The quirk I have found is that when you wash it, it seems that an obvious film of grease stays on the pan, and you can feel it with your finger and see the smears when you run your finger over it. That raises a question about what bacteria are thriving in that grease, and about the detergent that is dissolved in it. I have taken to washing them two times, the second time in fresh hot water that hasn't had any other dishes washed in it. Then I rinse it very well and dry it with a towel, not leaving it to air dry. Doubtful that I have removed all the grease that way, but at least I'm not seeing it, and "out of sight, out of mind".
