I currently have an 8 year old 16.1 h thoroughbred gelding for sale. It breaks my heart to part with my boy, but he and I just are not a good match. He is 100% sound and sane. He has had 30 days professional training, where the trainer fell in love with him. He is very intelligent and is quite the pleaser. He needs more miles and an actual job to do. He would do well as a hunter/jumper, but he could probably do dressage. He would enjoy the mental challenges that come with dressage. He has been out on the trails where he has done well. He is in need of a very confident intermediate to advanced rider, just for the fact that he needs some finishing. With time and work he could eventually become a beginner's horse, but he's not quite there yet. While he was at the trainer's he was ridden about every day, but since coming back in mid-April he has not been ridden due to my own health issues. I'm asking 2500 for him, make an offer, as long as it's not ridiculous.
