This is a Bing & Grondahl "Bring Home The Christmas Tree" 7 1/4" decorator plate. It has deer watching men out chopping down the tree on a blue background in white. It has Jule-After-1975 at the bottom of the plate and the B&G mark on the back. It is in excellent condition.
