The Smooth Agile DMT X2 elliptical features 12 different levels of adjustable motion. With traditional elliptical, your movement is significantly less effective than with the Agile DMT X2. Traditional elliptical are also designed less fluidly than the Smooth Agile DMT X2. Whereas most elliptical are designed with the Push Up Convex Motion that places unnecessary stress on your knees and shins, the Agile produces a bi-concave motion that is more natural to the human anatomy. With less stress on your bones and joints, you can work out longer to get better results.
You can find 16 different levels of intensity and nine challenging but effective preset programs on this elliptical trainer by Smooth Fitness. One of these programs are heart rate controlled which is monitored via either the wireless heart rate sensor or the hand grip pulse sensors. You also have the awesome ability to change and modify the intensity and/or the motion of the elliptical using the patented life touch thumb controls. Talk about convenience!
The Agile DMT X2 is also beautifully designed and masterfully produced. From the adjustable fans to the multi color LCD display to the smooth ergonomic foot pedals, youll be surprised just how amazing this machine is.
