It's a great set to help quickly build the number of "LEGO guys" in your collection. And with my kids, it's all about "the guys". This one has 4 Battle Droids and 3 Super Battle Droids, and a transport to carry them all. My only gripe about this set has to do with the figures (guys), and the points at which their heads, arms and legs snap together. They work fine for quite some time, but over a long period of time they seem to wear out and become quite loose (at the joints). LEGO is a product that is built to last many years, so this is an important point to me. If the models are used for display and never played with, they might last longer, but eventually the same thing will happen. And with frequent play, especially with younger kids who aren't as careful, the parts become loose more quickly, and can even have some parts break. But I wouldn't get scared off by this observation, this set (and all LEGO) is still much more durable and lasting than most other building toys on the market. A strong point about LEGO is that you never have to worry about the pieces fitting together. They are always a perfect fit and stay together well. Having had other brands of brick building toys, I can say this is not a common trait. LEGO is always a winner. For decades LEGO has delivered high-quality, imagination inspiring products. Combined with the Star Wars universe, you can't go wrong! Droids & Clones by .. A Gramma () My grandson Loves his two battle packs. As his grandmother I fulfilled his wish but I don't see this toy as educational & I have little idea as to its durability. But he is very happy with it. LEGO LAND by .. T. A. If you are interested in staging massive battles between clones and droids, I would definitely recommend this set. Pros, Lots of minifigs. Cool STAP vehicle. Great for staging battles. Cons, The new type of blaster is so much better than these old ones. (I put my own new ones on). All in all. I think this is a must have set for all LEGO Star Wars fans! fun by ..
