How do I live a healthy life? I’ll tell you my story. This morning I got up feeling like I could take on the world. I was excited about what the day would bring and I had none of the usual body aches and pains, my mind was clear, and I was happy. I have found the path to a healthier life.
My Grandfather always said, “Sometimes we have to look back to look forward.” I remember two months ago when just raising my aching head off of the pillow and putting my feet on the floor was a chore, much less getting dressed and driving to work. Being late for work was a usual occurrence because I had no motivation or energy. Depression, anxiety, and apathy were my demons. I had a stockpile of pills, to exorcise these demons, Then I had the side effects to deal with. I was a mess!
One morning I opened my email box and there was mail from my best friend Amy, from Florida. Her message was short. All it said was, “I am worried about you and your health. Please visit the website I’m about to give you. It will truly be your saving grace and rescue.” That was it.I was skeptical (you would be too). Most of these websites make one promise after another and then don't deliver on their promises! But then I thought, "“You know what? Amy is my trusted friend. She wouldn’t steer me wrong”. So I opened it. When I started reading all the information, I knew this was the real deal. There was so much I could relate to. I felt like there was hope. So I decided to try it. What did I have to lose.
Now, two months later, I have the health and joy I never believed I could achieve. I am excited to tell you that I am on the path to freeing my body from my prescription drugs and no longer pay hundreds of dollars a month for them. I even lost weight and stopped smoking too!
