After using a novelty beenie helmet for a number of years I finally broke down and bought a DOT approved helmet. The first one I bought I hated. It caught air to the point where my neck was sore after an hours ride. This helmet fits like a glove and is light weight. As far as helmets go, this one is perfect for me.
