I placed and order and I'm still waiting for it. How long should I wait ?
Unlock code calculation can take anywhere between 2-12 hours (excluding weekend and holidays). You can contact us to get current status of your unlock code, and we will confirm the successful calculated code ASAP. Usually we process the order in 2-12 hours, and send an email to your paypal email address. We will send you the code via postal mail. However if for some reason, you have not received the order complete email from us, then please email us. This rarely happens but if it does, don't hesitate to contact us.

What is the refund policy?
99% of the time we are able to find the code, and it works 100%. However if you claim that the code is not working for you then you must provide a continuous video clip showing the phone IMEI by dialing *#06# and the code being entered as instructed above and the message that appears on your phone following the code entry. Please read the following questions for other conditions.

If you gave us the incorrect IMEI?
There is no refund if the IMEI you supplied to us was incorrect but a code was found for that wrong IMEI. Immediately after your payment, the IMEI goes to our server and it can not be edit or cancelled. And we can not make you a refund or cancel the order. Therefore make sure you are sending the correct IMEI.

What if I already try to unlock the phone but no luck?
You have purchased the code from someone else and was not able to unlock the phone, then please do not buy the code from us. We can not make you a refund if you previously made 3 attempts to unlock the phone and you failed. You may receive an error like Too Many Tries, Too Many Attempts, PHONE LOCKED or NOT ALLOWED, if you or someone else, previously mad a fail attempt to unlock it.

What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal is the only method of payment. You can use any major credit card or even a bank debit card through PayPal and it is a very easy to process.

What if you can not find the code?
