This is 40 acres of prime property. It has 5 acres on one side of the road, and 35 acres on the other side of the road. The 5 acres has 2 houses on it. Both are 3 bedroom mobile homes, 1 has 2 baths, the other has 1. In between the 2 houses is a small apple orchard and that's about it.
