Gary (Memphis TN) This bike is a great basic exercise bike. It has a display with basic information like time and speed and distance, but nothing fancy. The bike came with a beat up box thanks to UPS, but it was undamaged inside. It's easy to put together and offers plenty of resistance to me. I had no problem connecting the resistance cord cable like one reviewer wrote about. It's gold and grey like the one pictured and I definitely recommend also purchasing the gel seat cover, like someone added as "notes" in the images. I could tell a difference when I didn't have it. I was a bit nervous trying to assemble something on my own (my husband typically has that job, but he was painting), but it was simple! I bought this bike as a way to help cross train for my first half marathon. After I put it together (which did not take long at all), I hopped on and got my workout going. It was a great smooth and quiet ride. It is also very easy to move, as I have it in my living room to ride while I watch TV, but then I move it to a porch without a problem.
