Large 5 bedroomed villa with fantastic sea views. Airconditioning throughout. Large terrace area with outside dining and a 10m pool with steps to the shallow end. Depth ranges from 0.8m to 1.5m. There is also a first floor terrace and balcony to two bedrooms. On the ground floor the kitchen has hob/oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave oven. Large open plan lounge area with a WC/shower room off of the corridor leading to the ground floor double bedroom which has an en suite bathroom featuring bath, basin, WC and seperate shower cubicle. First floor consists of one double bedroom with en suite shower room featuring a large 1.5m wide shower with WC and basin, from this bedroom there are patio doors leading onto a large balcony/terrace area with glorious seaviews. Sharing the balcony/terrace is a twin bedded room which shares a family bathroom with the third on this floor which has a double bed and a single bed. The family bathroom consists of a large bath, basin, WC and a seperate shower cubicle. At garden level there is a fifth double bedded room that also has an ensuite shower room. This room is accessed from outside of the main house, although it is part of the house and makes a wonderful annexe. The outside dining area is covered with a grape vine which provides a superb shaded area for eating or relaxing out of the hot sun. This area has lighting and can be enjoyed when the sun goes down, as can the pool which is also lite. The pool terrace has sun loungers and sun umbrellas and a barbeque. The garden has assorted fruit trees. The villa is situated in a quiet area some 500m from the town centre and 800m from the beach. There are shops closer to the villa should you require groceries. The local town has several restaurants, bars, coffee shops as well as retail and grocery shops. The beaches are sandy, watersports are availabe as are trips to all ancient roman sites of interest. Transfers to and from the airport or car hire can be arranged.
