"Il Poggetto" is a typical Tuscan farmhouse with two comfortable and independent flats.

building overlooks a olive trees hill with stunning view of the Tuscan
Gulf of Follonica, all the way down to the Elba Island and Corse.
Located
in the southermost and untouched part of Tuscany, the so called
"Maremma", Il Poggetto is sorrounded by nature, in the Medieval village
of Gavorrano, whose castle is quoted in Dante's "Divina Commedia".
The farmhouse was restored in 2007.
Each flat is completely independent with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, overlooking sea and hills from their terraces.

bedrooms. The master bedroom has also a further single bed, the second
bedroom is a classical two beds room. The lounge has also a comfortable
