My Oral B toothbrush predates these refills, but when they first came out a free sample was in the package with the regular refills. I tried it and liked it a lot better than the standard refills. The Oral B Triumph heads are slightly larger than the regular heads, which might seem strange at first, but I believe they work better than the standard heads, and the bristles do not lose their shape (spread out) like the standard refills.
