love them! 3/10/2009 - Hannah of Missouri, USA writes: I love these. I am a university student, so I am constantly living in apartments and other places where I am not allowed to use anything larger than little picture nails in the walls. These make holes the same size ( perhaps a tiny bit bigger ) but safely hold a ton more weight. I have used them successfully to hold up a heavy mirror, a coat shelf, and a medication shelf in my toilet, in addition to countless pictures and smaller items. The sole bummers about these, in my judgment, are that they only work in drywall portions of the walls ( I sort of need a stud finder to aviod them using these!). Also, the hook part is rather big, so some times things appear to hang further from the wall than I am used to.
Works well 2/14/2009 - Shelly of IL, US writes: I really like these for hanging little items like picture frames. You cannot use them for certain heavier items, though it claims you can. Also, your walls need to be drywall. My mummy has plaster walls and they do not work for her. You also clearly can't put these into the studs. They do not damage the walls and leave extraordinarily miniscule holes which are easily fixed once removed. I love them, but they do not replace good old fashioned screws and anchors.
Arg. 1/25/2009 - rebecca of FL, USA writes: I wish I had walls with enough space for these to work. Some folks must, because I have read such good reviews. However, not me. It was so easy to push the hook through the drywall, but there is just not sufficient space in my wall for the hook to make the turn and slide all the way in. I am awfully disappointed, especially because the thing made a massive hole. Far larger than a finishing nail much less a pin!
Thumbs Up on the Hooks 1/3/2009 - Phil of Texas, USA writes: These things do work. I purchased them at a retail drug store and evaded some of the on line ordering hassles (shipping charges, incorrect credit charges). I've used them on drywall and have not begun to hang up anything more than a 15 pound frame. So far, they're great. Vert simple to install (try a back & forth screwing motion into the wall if you are having trouble getting it in). They are much faster than a drywall screw or molly bolt and do far less damage to your wall. We are re-doing our living room and I just purchased a new pack for the footage we intend to hang. Billy Mays got this one right.
WONDERFUL 12/18/2008 - Catherine, Tulsa, Ok of Oklahoma, USA writes: I am a stroke survivor. With some use of left hand. Putting a nail in the wall was impossible with out help. I purchased these before my up to date move. I was excited I was able to hang all my favorite wall items/pictures in my very own after all these years! Thank you Billy!!
WONDERFUL INVENTION!!! 10/19/2008 - JB of TN, USA writes: I've hung everything from light pictures to heavy foils on wooden plaques. I have sheetrock walls and they work very well in them. You twist the hook back and forth to get it started and voila, push it all the way through and the end that you pushed through the wall will catch against the back side of the wall. Then hang your item. The hole is minute but indeed larger than any pin that I have ever seen. It is often simpler if you mark your spot with a pencil particularly if the spot is over your head. I didn't buy mine via web, so I did not have any of the common bother with rude CSR's and such. NOR the daft delivery charges that you sometimes get. Buy them at a store to avoid that. Yes, I might definitely suggest them. These hooks are amazing!
Awesome product! 9/30/2008 - Jen of Georgia, USA writes: I acquired this product at a local shop after seeing the infomercials. It's so straightforward to use and makes hanging things so easy. I had evaded hanging anything on my walls for over a year out of fear of damaging my walls. With these hooks, you do not have to fret about using the right nail, or anchors, or any of that mess, just stick it in the wall and hang the item. The sole issue is if you hit a stud, but then you simply move over a little bit and the difficulty is solved. the holes are not pin sized, but they are not not any larger than the hole a finishing nail would leave. I acquired a pack of 20, and used all but two in a single day hanging everything I had been avoiding. An incredible product!
Love it! Five Stars 9/20/2008 - Rae Malee of Texas, USA writes: We love this product. What more am I say. I just wish I had more. When we moved I made sure I had everyone of them to use at our new home. I only wish I had invented them.
