I am a single mother of 3 beautiful kids. When my fist cat had her kittens we wanted to keep all of them but it became to be too much. She had the litter 06/01/07 and I was expecting and had my son 06/11/07 so ten days after she had her kittens I gave birth to a baby boy of my own. It was too much to take care of a new baby, 6 kittens and a full grown cat not to mention my other two kids also (who needless to say were "interested" in the new arrivals) So we decided to get rid of three and keep three. For some reason unknown to me the mother didnt want anything to do with her babies, she would bite them and wouldn't nurse and two of the three that we kept didnt make it , the third was completly dependant on us to take care of him. He is so sweet my kids can do anything to him and he doesnt snap or hiss. I dont think he has an aggressive bone in his body. He would be perfect in a home with children I think he thinks hes a kid himself, but unfortunately we have to relocate and cannot take Spanky (thats his name) with us. My kids are heartbroken and I think it would be alot easier if they knew he was going to a good home where other children will be able to love on him and care for him instead of having to drop him off at the humane society. I am in desperate need and am willing to give him away. Id rather sell him so I know he will be taken care of but if theres someone out there who needs a companion and doesnt have alot of money I can understand Please help us out and give spanky a good home.
