position with stunning sea views and stands in its own private garden
within a small select development.
The 40 sq metre mosaic tiled
pool to the rear of the villa is shared with four other villas. The
garden surrounding the property is on two levels with private areas for
sunbathing or sitting in the shade. A wide variety of plants including
bougainvillea, palms, fruit trees and cacti are becoming established.
Sunbeds and deckchairs are provided.
The villa has to the ground
floor a covered terrace area with table and chairs for those alfresco
meals with village and sea views. A natural stone paved area with
pergola provides a peaceful and shady spot for relaxation.
The
open plan lounge/kitchen is furnished to a high standard in a modern
style with a double or twin orthopaedic sofa bed, leather chair and
coffee table. Guests have the use of a wall mounted cd/mp3 player, flat
screen lcd tv and dvd player. A selection of cd's and dvd's are
provided, or you might prefer to bring your own favourites. French
windows in the lounge look out over the village and sea.
The
well appointed modern kitchen has been thoughtfully equipped for a
comfortable stay with a full cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle,
coffee maker, frappe maker, toaster, ironing facilities and the vital
wine glasses and bottle opener!
