Cottage is situated on the edge of the village of Derwen, Just a mile
off of the A494 Ruthin to Corwen road, along its own drive the cottage
is found adjoining the owners home (formerly the old rectory).
With
its stunning views and peaceful surroundings its a perfect place to sit
and enjoy or explore North East Wales not far from the English border
you can visit the beautiful city of Chester or travel to the wonderful
Llyn Penisula and the surrounding Snowdonia National Park, also on the
door step there is lots of walking and mountain biking to be had.

Medieval town of Ruthin is well worth a visit and this is where we
recommend you go for your shopping, take aways or eating out with a
wide range of pubs and resturants, Ruthin is approx 7 miles away
(10min's by car)
We are sorry but no pets are allowed as the
cottage is surrounded by farm land and this may cause problems during
the lambing season, thank you.
