kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave and
dishwasher. The fridge/freezer and washing machine are housed in the
separate utility area adjoining the kitchen. The extendable dining room
table comfortably seats 6. The master double bedroom with
en-suite shower room features a separate wardrobe/dressing area. This
en suite shower room also has an external access door making it
convenient for use when out by the pool area. The remaining bedroom is

5 metre private swimming pool is surrounded by an extensive sunbathing
terrace fully equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower. A
built in barbecue is provided and a raised terrace area with a wooden
pergola features an outside bar complete with fridge.The villa

blue waters of the Mediterranean sea , the colourful pool and garden
